4. Lower your risk for hear disease. Obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and abnormal cholesterol levels are all contributors to heart disease. They have become known collectively as “sitting disease”, and all can be reduced by standing more.

5. Improve mood and energy levels. I think we can all admit that we get tired at work, be it staring at a screen or just concentrating too hard.
